Project prep number 2

Today Maddie, Evan, and I worked on our project essentially we are done but I need to prepare some food for us to hand out on friday.  I beleive we will be handing out cheese and olive plates with compliments of figs with honey as a dessert.  Not many people will eat the feta cheese or olive I dont think that they would like the taste or the smell.  I am very excited to see some other projects. I personally think that this project topic is very interesting and exciting because everything happened during those times advancements wise.  But anyways cant wait to present and see other presentations.  Have a good one.

Test day

Today in class we took our ancient Greece test and frankly I feel I did great on it.  I studied hard and long because I needed to bring that grade up to a B.  I believe I did it I finally got a B in western civ.  This is the start of a NEW DEMETRI no more missed blogs or assignments in any classes and these blogs are going to be my best work.  I won't be an underachieving student anymore I will get good grades overall and on my tests and quizzes.  So please accept my apology and acknowledge that I will be improving my academic performance.  Have a good one.

The Acropolis

Today in class my group which is Maddie, Evan, and I are working on The planning phase of our project and we got a little extra help not only from you Mr. Schick but from Mrs. Collins from Architecture she gave us a piece of styrofoam board for the base of our project and we will be building the mountains and buildings on and around The Acropolis.  I will be making the powerpoint and helping with the building process while Maddie and Evan will work on the paper and help me build we have split the project fairly well among us.  I believe that our project will be an enormous success.  I will also be bringing in a Greek dessert for the class it is a Greek cookie with powdered sugar it tastes great you will love it.  Have A Good One!

Test on Monday Part 1

On Monday we will be taking our test on Greece and there are many questions right now that may be either really tough for someone who hasn’t studied or really easy for someone like me who has been studying for a while from the PowerPoint on your Blog.  I cant wait to take this test I believe it will improve my grade to a B which would be amazing.  I am also very excited to start conference play in baseball our first game is @ Spalding on Friday which would be our first away game and we would be dismissed from classes at 1:45.  Anyways can’t wait till Friday so...
