The GREAT Ziggurat of Ur

Today we learned about the advancements and leaders of Mesopotamia.  But at the same time as we did that, we learned about the Valentines day story about how he was put in jail for doing illegal marriages in the Roman society in a secretive fashion.  Sooner rather than later he was found and was charged to a sentence of death by the Romans.  Later in his jail time, he became friends with the daughter of the jail holders and was found that he was becoming friends with an important person.  Right before his death, he left a letter saying that he was going to die soon and thank you for being his friend and for being his Valentine.  Then he was put to death by being beaten with clubs and his head being chopped off. Embarrassing

Well my life practically ended this test today on Guns, Germs, and Steel I thought was going to be an easy 100% I felt so confident and proud to turn the test in but I guess I didn’t do as well as I thought.  I don’t know who I’m going to be able to come back from this.  If there is anything extra I could do I’ll do it and if there is anything I could do to help me do better on tests I’ll do it but I prepared and felt very good about this test but I didn’t do great.  I hope it’s not impossible to make my overall grade good again but I’m praying and hoping it’s possivle.
